The Enviro Board mill contains a patented fiber-extrusion process that compresses many varieties of straw into dense fiber board panels. Each Enviro Board mill can manufacture approximately five feet of board per minute or approximately 300 linear feet per hour. Each mill can produce over 600 (32" x 8') panels per day (approximately 180,000 panels per year) while consum- ing over 21 tons of straw per day or 7,000 to 10,000 tons per year. The Enviro Board mill is capable of operating up to 20 hours a day and has a useful life of approximately 70 years.
