Materials include exterior and interior wall panels, light steel framing, and complete electrical and plumbing for kitchen and bathroom. Enviro Board panels may also be used for roofing and sub-flooring. The exterior walls may be coated with a variety of materials, such as stucco, brick, vinyl siding, stone, etc. The interior walls may be painted or wall papered.

Due to the minimal steps and labor required in completing the structure, both installation time and labor costs are significantly reduced. For example, once the foundation is laid on a 400 ft² home, it will take four people approximately one day to build it.
